Conor has helped grow and transform finance functions from startup stage to blue-chip companies, including Bank of America and PwC. At Ocrolus, he built out a sophisticated accounting and finance function from scratch, which has been critical to supporting the company’s rapid growth since 2019.

We will hear from Leda Health's Senior Vice President of Finance Abby Clawson who has 15 years of experience successfully leading finance and accounting operations for companies including Axios Media, Game Changer, Morgan Stanley and KPMG. Abby is a thought leader with a proven track record managing strategic planning, growth, and the evolution of finance functions by implementing and driving new processes that deliver increased productivity and high employee engagement.

We will also hear from C-Suite Leader Mars Shah, who has worked as CEO and CFO in multiple venture capital and private equity backed companies. Mars' finance experience includes overseeing three successful exits, including an IPO. His operating experience includes management of 3,500+ professionals, $1B of global P&L management and transacting over $6B worth of deals on M&A and institutional fundraises.
