His decade-long tenure in working with finance systems and functions has equipped him with invaluable expertise. He's worked with Tagetik for this whole period and Thomas specialises in financial reporting, IFRS 16, process automation, insurance accounting, operational change, budgeting and forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, Power BI, and SQL.

Thomas is your go-to person for complex FP&A requirements or analytics. With his depth of knowledge and expertise, Thomas ensures that your finance needs are met with precision and efficiency.

Andrew Pan

Senior Consultant

With a solid foundation in financial reporting and data transformations gained during his three year tenure at Workiva, Andrew Pan brings a wealth of experience to his role as a Senior Consultant.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Andrew is adept at facilitating detailed conversations about FP&A and manufacturing across language barriers. His expertise lies in FP&A, performance optimisation, design and architecture documentation, and financial reporting.

Andrei Doana

Senior Consultant

Bringing over five years of expertise to the table, Andrei Doana has honed his skills as a Senior Consultant through roles at ADP and Inulta.

With experience spanning Vantage HCM, HWSE and Tagetik consulting, Andrei specialises in budgeting and planning, IFRS, forecasting, process automation, reporting, scripting, data management and project management and leadership. 

Outside of work, Andrei indulges his passion for collecting currencies, a hobby he started during his travels and later expanded through currency exchange shops. At his previous employer, Andrei focused on budgeting and planning projects, advanced reporting and technical skills in ETLs and SQL procedures. He has developed a strong understanding of insurance/reinsurance projects, particularly in his work with Accelerant.

Andrei excels in client relationships, adeptly demoing Tagetik features with advanced technical proficiency. With extensive Tagetik experience, Andrei possesses in-depth knowledge of its features and capabilities, though he acknowledges gaps in PPS due to his focus on custom builds.

Sean Reynolds

Senior Consultant

With approximately five years of experience in HFM and Hyperion planning gained primarily at EOH, Sean Reynolds is an experienced Senior Consultant.

Holding the designation of Qualified Professional Accountant (SAIPA), Sean possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, HFM, Essbase, Hyperion Planning, ad-hoc analysis, SQL, and Quickbooks.

Beyond his professional achievements, Sean has an interesting past, representing South Africa in 8-ball pool during his younger years.

In his current role, Sean specialises in the end-to-end design and build of planning applications, as well as the improvement and identification of problem areas in FP&A processes.
